I recently acquired what was tagged as at "Temple Bell". I sent a photo to an antique appraiser and he couldn't identify it, but said it looked like a "winner" and that he thinks it may be European. He told me to take a magnet to it to see if it would attract, but it does not. The reason for that is because it looks to have copper or bronze mixed inside the mimageimageetal. There is a symbol on both sides which I cannot find any record of, nothing like it.
